Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Latin Dance 4 You team always strives to ensure the high quality of our video greetings, but we understand that there may be situations where our Client is not completely satisfied with their order.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Our video greetings are unique, personalized digital products created specifically for each Client.

In view of this, we do not provide refunds after the video creation process has started and simply at the Buyer’s request.

2.2. However, there are cases where a refund can be issued upon the Buyer’s request. These cases are listed below:

a) Errors in video personalization that occurred due to our fault (for example, the wrong name or date is mentioned in the video):

  • We will correct the error and send a new video for free,
    or provide a full refund.

Note: Possible pronunciation errors in the greeting by our dancers cannot be grounds for a refund, as the language spoken in the greeting is not their native language. We make a note of this in our Terms of Service.

b) Technical problems that occurred due to our fault (for example, unclear video quality, sound issues):

  • We will correct the error and send a new video for free,
    or provide a full refund.

c) Violations of the delivery deadlines stated on the Delivery and Payment page that occurred due to our fault:

  • If we have delayed the order by more than 2 working days, we will offer you a discount on your next order or refund 30% of the cost of the delayed order.
  • If we have delayed the order by more than 5 working days, we will issue a full refund for the order.

3. Important Notices

3.1. We do not provide refunds if the Buyer fails to consider or comply with the Terms of Service before or during order placement.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of our service rules.

4. Refund Procedure and Timeframe

4.1. Please contact our support team to submit a refund request via the Contact page by filling out the contact form.

4.2. The refund request must include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request

4.3. We will review the request within 2 working days, and if approved, we will refund the amount via the same payment method within 5 working days.

5. Deadline for Submitting a Request

5.1. The refund request must be sent to us within 14 calendar days from the date the video greeting was received.

6. Possible Fees for Refunds

6.1. Our service does not charge any additional fees for refunds, but please note that the issuing bank of the card used to pay for the order may conduct currency conversion, and the rate may differ on the refund date. This may result in the refunded amount not exactly matching the original amount.

6.2. We would like to point out that the payment amount is charged in hryvnias, and your bank will convert it to your card’s currency at its own exchange rate (some banks may charge a currency conversion fee, so the payment amount in your currency on your card may differ from the specified payment amount on the website in the same currency).
