- General Provisions
1.1. These Service Rules (hereinafter, “Rules”) establish the rights, obligations, and liabilities between the individual ordering the services specified in clause 1.2. of these Rules on the website https://latindance4you.com/ (hereinafter: “Buyer”) and Diana Mykhailivna Shvydka, a Sole Proprietor, registered address: 03151, Ukraine, Kyiv, Ushynskoho St. 25, apt. 98, EDRPOU code 3200624064, who is the owner of the website https://latindance4you.com/ (hereinafter, “Seller”). By purchasing services on this site, the Buyer agrees to these Rules.
1.2. The Seller creates and sells personalized dance video greetings (hereinafter – video greetings).
1.3. The Seller’s video greetings are unique, personalized digital products created individually for each Buyer.
1.4. These video greetings are created to bring joy and positive emotions to the person or persons for whom they are intended as a gift.
1.5. Using the service requires devices capable of accessing telecommunications systems.
1.6. A contract for ordering a video greeting between the Buyer and Seller (hereinafter – “Contract”) is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places and pays for the Order, in accordance with the requirements of these Rules.
1.7. Acceptance of these Rules is voluntary and mandatory, while the provision and consent for the processing of personal data by the Buyer are voluntary but necessary for processing and fulfilling the Buyer’s video greeting order. The Seller is the data controller of the personal data processed in connection with the fulfilment of these Rules and agreements concluded between the Buyer and Seller. Personal data is processed for purposes and to the extent, and based on the principles, outlined in the Privacy Policy published on our website. Any individual whose personal data is subject to processing has the right to access, modify, supplement, and delete their data.
1.8. Definition of terms:
- Video greeting price – the price provided in USD (United States Dollar).
- Video greeting – a unique, personalized digital video in MP4 format lasting 40-60 seconds, created based on the Buyer’s order.
- Business day – days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 CET, excluding national holidays of Ukraine.
- Order – confirmation of the Buyer’s intent, expressed by completing and submitting an electronic form to the Seller, detailing the criteria for the video greeting for which the Buyer accepts the Seller’s offer, as well as other necessary information for accepting the proposed Contract on terms defined by the Seller. Submitting an Order signifies the Buyer’s acceptance of the Seller’s offer. Each video greeting order constitutes the acceptance of a separate offer from the Seller to enter into a Contract. Once paid by the Buyer, the Order has a unique number. The Order is considered confirmed by the Seller after payment and assignment of the Order number, signifying the conclusion of a Contract with the Buyer.
- Email, electronic mail – a method of exchanging digital messages between the Seller and Buyer using digital devices, enabling the transmission of the video greeting ordered by the Buyer.
- General Principles of Service Provision and Order Placement Procedures
2.1. To place an order on the product page, the Buyer needs to select the required parameters for the video greeting, familiarize themselves with the Service Rules, and click the “Order Now” button.
2.2. By clicking the “Order Now” button on the product page and/or the “Pay” button on the payment page, the Buyer confirms they have reviewed these Service Rules and accepted the terms of service provided by the Seller.
2.3. After clicking “Order Now,” the Buyer is directed to the payment page (checkout) where they must fill in their email, mobile phone number, and, if necessary, select additional parameters.
2.4. After clicking “Pay,” the Buyer proceeds to the payment page.
2.5. Upon successful payment, a unique order number is generated for the Buyer, and the contract between the Buyer and Seller is considered concluded.
2.6. The duration of the video greeting is approximately 40-60 seconds. The completed video greeting will be sent to the email specified at the payment stage. The video will be sent in MP4 format. If you do not receive the video greeting in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
2.7. Delivery times for orders are detailed on this page: Delivery and Payment.
2.8. As the video greeting is sent to the email provided by the Buyer when placing the order, there are no restrictions on the recipient country, provided that payment can be made.
2.9. The Buyer of the video greeting can be: (1) an individual with full civil capacity, or an individual with limited civil capacity acting with the consent of or through their legal representative; or (2) a legal entity; or (3) an organizational unit without legal entity status, with legal capacity defined by the legislation of its place of registration. If the Buyer is an individual with limited civil capacity, they must obtain the consent of their guardian to enter into a Contract and, if necessary, provide confirmation to the Seller. - Order Placement Rules
3.1. Uploading photos or images.
Permissible file characteristics:
- Acceptable file formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PDF
- Maximum file size: 20 MB
(Images will be printed in A4 color format)
3.2. Filling in the field “What should be written on the board?”
- Maximum characters: 50.
- Greetings or wishes should be concise to be clearly visible on the board.
3.3. Filling in the field “What greeting should our dancers say?” - Maximum characters: 80.
- Write a simple and concise greeting in the language in which it should be spoken.
3.4. It is prohibited to upload photos or images, or fill in greeting texts for the board or for our dancers to say, with offensive or obscene content that could harm or offend our team members or third parties.
3.5. It is prohibited to upload photos or images, or fill in greeting texts for the board or for our dancers to say, containing political or religious undertones or anything inciting racial, national, or other conflicts.
3.6. The Buyer guarantees that any photos or images uploaded on the product page, or greeting texts for the board or to be spoken by our dancers, do not infringe any third-party rights, including (but not limited to) intellectual property rights, patent rights, and trademark rights.
3.7. The Buyer guarantees that any photos or images uploaded on the product page, or greeting texts for the board or to be spoken by our dancers, do not violate administrative or criminal laws, privacy rights, public order, or moral standards.
3.8. Before placing and paying for an order, the Buyer understands and agrees that dancers may make mistakes in pronunciation as it is not their native language.
3.9. Before placing and paying for an order, the Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller cannot guarantee or be obligated to provide the exact team of dancers as shown in the photos or video materials on product pages or the homepage.
3.10. The Buyer guarantees that the fulfilment of the Buyer’s order does not violate any third-party rights.
3.11. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil orders placed in violation of the service rules listed on this page.
3.12. The Buyer may place only one of the greetings offered on the site at a time.
3.13. Orders can be placed 24/7 from Monday to Sunday on our product pages and through electronic payment.
- Delivery and Payment
4.1. The Seller provides the Client with the option to pay for the video greeting in the following ways:
- electronic payment;
- to the bank account of Sole Proprietor Svyidka Diana Mykhailivna upon receipt of the invoice from the Seller.
Available payment options are indicated on the website https://latindance4you.com in the Delivery and Payment section.
4.2. The transaction payment via electronic payments is processed in accordance with the Buyer’s choice through the accompanying services.
4.3. In the event that the Seller has not received the Buyer’s payment, i.e., the payment via the electronic system, the Seller may contact the Buyer to remind them of the payment for the order, including by sending an email.
4.4. If payment is not received within 30 minutes from the time the order is placed, the order will not be accepted for processing. Refusal to pay is grounds for termination of the Agreement. Refusal of delivery is grounds for termination of the Agreement. The Buyer may not cancel a paid order.
4.5. The standard delivery time is up to 3 business days. The urgent delivery time is by the end of the next business day, provided that the order was placed during our service’s business hours.
The above-mentioned order fulfilment timeframes are valid provided the order is placed during the service’s business hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 (CET). Saturdays and Sundays are not counted in the calculation.
The indicated timeframes are valid provided that the order is placed in accordance with these Rules and does not require additional clarifications, without which it cannot be fulfilled, and provided that the order has not been changed at the Buyer’s request prior to its creation.
4.6. Detailed terms of delivery and payment are provided on a separate page of the website, Delivery and Payment.
4.7. The Buyer may change the order parameters only before it is created. To change the parameters of an already paid order, the Buyer must send a message to the Seller through the contact form and must specify the order number.
The Seller will not be able to change the order parameters if the video greeting has already been created at the time of the Buyer’s request.
If the video greeting has not yet been created at the time of the request, changes to the order may affect the delivery time.
4.8. Until the order is paid for, the Buyer may change the order parameters independently by placing a new order, which will automatically cancel the previous one.
- Liability of the Parties. Buyer’s Claims and Refunds
5.1. The Parties are responsible for failure to perform or improper performance of the conditions of these Rules in the manner specified in these Rules.
5.2. The Seller is not liable for improper, untimely fulfilment of the order and its obligations if the Buyer provides incorrect information or violates the provisions of these Rules.
5.3. In the event of force majeure, the Parties are released from fulfilling the terms of the Agreement. For the purposes of the Agreement, force majeure refers to events that are extraordinary, unavoidable, and unforeseeable, which exclude or objectively hinder the fulfillment of the Agreement and could not have been foreseen or prevented by the Parties through reasonable means.
5.4. The Parties shall take all measures to resolve any disputes and differences that may arise in fulfilling obligations or in connection with them through negotiation.
5.5. Within 14 calendar days from the time the video greeting is sent by the Seller to the Buyer’s email, the Buyer may, in the event of errors or technical issues, send a claim to the Seller via the contact form.
The Buyer is recommended to include in the claim: (1) the order number; (2) information and circumstances related to the subject of the claim, specifically the type of defects; (3) the Buyer’s request to either correct the video greeting’s defects or receive a refund; and (4) the contact details of the person submitting the claim (in the case of a refund, the bank account information for the refund) — this will facilitate and expedite the Seller’s handling of the claim. The final decision on satisfying the Buyer’s claim is made by the Seller based on the results of the review.
5.6. The Seller shall commence reviewing the Buyer’s claim immediately and complete it within 2 (two) business days from the date of receipt. If the Seller decides to refund the Buyer, it will be processed within 5 (five) business days.

- Privacy Policy
6.1. By clicking the “Order Now” button, the Buyer agrees to provide their personal data so that the Seller can process it to identify the Buyer, create, and send the video greeting.
6.2. By clicking the “Order Now” button, the Buyer confirms that they are informed of their right to access the personal data processed by the Seller, to request correction or deletion of their personal data, or to suspend the processing of their personal data if it is being processed in violation of legal requirements, and that they may object to the processing of personal data.
6.3. By clicking the “Order Now” button, the Buyer acknowledges that they have the right to refuse to provide their personal data but understand that personal data is necessary and mandatory to identify the Buyer for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the agreement for creating the video greeting. If the Buyer does not provide personal data and/or does not consent to the processing of personal data for the above purpose, they will not be able to enter into and/or perform the agreement.
6.4. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy document posted on our website.
- Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, related rights, database rights, design rights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, and patent rights related to our website and application, including related know-how, are the property of the Seller.
- Final Provisions
8.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to these Service Rules.
8.2. Ukrainian law applies to these rules.
8.3. All disputes arising from or related to the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller will be resolved through negotiation. In case of disagreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legal acts of Ukraine.
